• Identify and connect with potential customers to promote BeingTV’s services.
• Drive sales of advertisement & Marketing packages and voice-over,website solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Provide market insights and feedback to improve services.

• Education: A degree is recommended but not mandatory.
• Personality Matters: Confidence, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude are key.
• Language Skills:
• English proficiency is essential.
• Hindi and Bengali proficiency is a must to connect with a wider range of customers in the Tripura region.
• Self-motivated individuals with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with the Tripura region and local businesses is a plus.

• Base Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
• Commission: Earn 7% commission from 6th sale on every successful sale, and 3% for each repeating customers with no earning limit.
• Guaranteed Increment: Enjoy a salary increase of 5% to 15% every six months, based on performance.
